GUERLAIN Jicky

Born from the exceptional heritage of Maison Guerlain, the Les Légendaires collection pays homage to iconic creations composed by five generations of Parfumeur since 1828. Each fragrance, inspired by a real or imagined love story, leaves a trail imbued with extraordinary emotion, thanks to the use of exceptional raw materials.

Discover Jicky, the first modern perfume. It stirs up trouble as it passes, sometimes teasing with malice, playing with the ambiguity of its androgynous curves. The shadow of its silhouette evokes the memory of Jicky, a woman with whom Aimé Guerlain fell in love during his studies in England. The perfumer paid tribute to this youthful love with a fragrance so revolutionary it was called "the first modern perfume."

Jicky breaks down the boundaries between masculine and feminine and astonishes with its radical contrasts. The citrus lavender and fougère accord release a sensation of freshness, while woody and vanilla notes provide warmth and character. Initially, Jicky puzzled women and seduced men before winning over everyone, forever becoming "an emotion enclosed in a bottle."
