Discover Mitsouko, the perfume of mystery and feeling. Mitsouko… in Japanese, it means mystery and is the name of the heroine of Claude Farrère's novel "La Bataille". Torn between the promise that binds her to her husband, the powerful Admiral Togo, and the secret love for an officer from the enemy camp, Mitsouko fights her heart's impulses with nobility.

Inspired by this woman, Jacques Guerlain imagined this Chypre — delicately androgynous yet extremely feminine. Through an unprecedented combination of a fruity, velvety, and spicy Peach accord with woody notes of Patchouli, the perfumer rendered it extraordinarily modern. A daring blend with the taste of forbidden fruit that makes Mitsouko an innovative and avant-garde fragrance, emblem of a decisive femininity that boldly reveals its masculine side.
