HERMÈS
THE CREATION
Kelly Calèche evokes two iconic Hermès objects: the Kelly bag and the calèche, the horse-drawn carriage that is the symbol of the house. Kelly Calèche was created in 2007 by perfumer Jean-Claude Ellena. This “fragrance of leather and flowers, light as an angel's wing” is dedicated to women of free elegance who sport, with the right lightness, a masculine and feminine equestrian style.
OLFACTIVE NOTES
Kelly Calèche Eau de Parfum, a fragrance with notes of flowers and leather, intertwines the fleshy scents of rose with the powdery mimosa, completed by the enveloping character of benzoin.
THE OBJECT
Designer Philippe Mouquet adorns the iconic bottle, inspired by vintage car lanterns, with playful details: the metal nameplate and the ring clasp, emblematic elements of the Kelly bag.
THE HERMÈS DETAIL
Recalling a visit to the Hermès leather workshop, Kelly Calèche narrates the tactile and olfactory emotions of the perfumer.
“A perfume of leather and flowers, delicate as the wings of an angel.” — Jean-Claude Ellena.
A memory of a visit to the Hermès leather reserve, expressing a light, feminine, and cheerful leather, Kelly Calèche evokes two emblems of the House, conveying the perfumer's tactile and olfactory emotions through the evocation of a leather close to the skin, tanned by caresses and embroidered with fresh petals.
