HERMÈS
THE CREATION
Created in 2005 by perfumer Jean-Claude Ellena, Un Jardin sur le Nil Eau de Toilette evokes an olfactory journey to the islands on the Nile River near Aswan, Egypt. A composition that tells the story of this river, a symbol of life and generosity.
THE OLFACTORY NOTES
Green and woody, Un Jardin sur le Nil Eau de Toilette combines the tangy notes of green mango with the delicacy of lotus and the elegance of sycamore.
THE OBJECT
The bottle, designed by Fred Rawyler, is inspired by the lanterns of vintage cars. Evoking the banks of the Nile, the glass takes on a delicate green hue. On the case, a lotus blooms from the brush of artist Aurore de la Morinerie.
THE ETHICS
The Un Jardin sur le Nil Eau de Toilette 30 ml travel spray is accompanied by a 125 ml refill. A responsible gesture, inseparable from an object created to last.
THE PARFUMS-JARDINS COLLECTION
A meeting between the soul of a place, the perfumer's inspiration, and the annual theme chosen by Maison Hermès, the Parfums-Jardins fragrance collection is an olfactory walk to share, satisfying desires for freshness, dreams, and escape.
