A contraction of “rug” and “a barre”, the name of this masculine fragrance is inspired by the traditional red and blue striped horse blanket on a saffron background, crafted in the workshops of the Hermès saddle-making atelier. Signed by Gilles Romey in 1998, Rocabar reveals its most powerful facets in woody, balsamic and resinous accords, sublimated in a trail punctuated by sharp cypress notes.
