HERMÈS
LA CREAZIONE
In 2011, Jean-Claude Ellena created Voyage d'Hermès Parfum, an intense and generous reinterpretation of the original fragrance. “I moved away from the principle of ‘concentration’ in the formula and focused on the intensity of perceptions and the breadth of the sillage.”
OLFACTIVE NOTES
Woody and amber, Voyage d'Hermès Parfum reveals an invigorating juniper berry paired with the creamy, sweet character of sandalwood.
THE OBJECT
Designer Philippe Mouquet crafted a singular object, inspired by a pocket magnifying glass found by chance along the way. The black glass bottle is adorned with a silver-toned bracket, completed by the iconic “clou de selle”.
ETHICS
The bottle can be refilled using the Voyage d'Hermès 125 ml refill. A responsible gesture, inseparable from an object created to last.
THE HERMÈS DETAIL
Since Thierry Hermès founded a harness and saddle workshop in Paris in 1837, Hermès has established itself as a craftsman of movement and a travel companion. This theme inspires the creations and animates the house's culture.
“An invitation to discovery, encounter, and sharing.” — Jean-Claude Ellena
A novel rich in imagination, Voyage d'Hermès expresses the house's deep and original relationship with travel. Games of paradoxes, complements, and unexpected combinations at the service of a woody, fresh, musky, familiar, and surprising scent, between momentum and comfort, ideal for her and him. Philippe Mouquet, Hermès designer, created for Voyage d'Hermès a travel-object bottle, a messenger of movement.
