Byzantium opens with a warm and sweet blend of cinnamon, almonds, and mimosa flowers. Then, the darkest and most mysterious queen of flowers — the black rose — takes center stage, merging with the warm notes of labdanum resin to create a rich, captivating scent as rare as a Byzantine mosaic. The base notes are composed of warm vanilla and cocoa, combined with the intense woody tones of Peru balsam, together creating a gourmand vanilla fragrance.
